After seven years in production, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is finally out today, developer Techland has announced with a brief launch trailer. Taking the action to the open world of ‘The City’, a place named Villedor where Infected roam the streets and factions vie for control, the sequel casts you as Aiden Caldwell, for more parkour and combat.

Through your choices, you can also determine the direction of the narrative and the shape of The City, choosing to hand over vital facilities to Survivors or Peacekeepers. And when you're not making decisions, you can go about fighting hordes of Infected or feral Renegade gang members, using a range of makeshift weapons.

During the nighttime, you can also go foraging for resources in Forsaken Stores, GRE Quarantines, and Dark Hollows, or engage in a chase, escaping fleet-footed Virals and other lethal Infected types. Supporting solo play and 4-player co-op, Dying Light 2 Stay Human is available now for Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.
