Microsoft has acknowledged the issue on its Xbox Support account on Twitter, offering assurances that it's “working to resolve” whatever it is that's preventing Game Pass members accessing the campaign.

I played three games yesterday. All three games were on that Dust II ripoff map. All three games lagged out by the third round. I feel for anyone who paid for this on xbox.
I sure as shit wouldn't pay for his title but had no issues in the 10+ matches I played yesterday. Knocked out half the achievements without even trying for any of them.
If anyone actually pays for the "free" campaign, I hope they're refunded.
