To compensate for the delay of Call of Duty: Vanguard and Warzone Season Two, Activision is giving players free DLC as thank you for being patient. Season Two, which introduces ‘Armored War Machines’ to the game and a new Battle Pass, launched on Monday 14th February, having been postponed.

This weekend, Acti is offering a ‘Max 2XP’ weekend with double Regular XP, Weapon XP, Operator XP, Battle Pass XP, and Clan XP on offer for Multiplayer, as well as a ‘Free Bundle’ worth $20. The ‘Forbidden Sacrifice Bundle’ DLC features a Legendary Operator skin, two Legendary Weapon Blueprints, and a Battle Pass tier skip, while you can also claim a further ten Battle Pass tier skips on top of that.

“Whether it's levelling up new weapons, unlocking all the new content in the Season Two Battle Pass, or playing with friends over the weekend, this event is our way of saying thank you for playing the new season of Vanguard and Warzone,” Activision writes in a post on the Call of Duty blog.

The limited-time free DLC bundle and Max 2XP event are available for logging in to Call of Duty: Vanguard or Call of Duty: Warzone between 10am PT today and 10am PT on 22nd February. You can get the lowdown on Season Two in the latest trailer below.
