Elden Ring has received a new overview trailer, courtesy of Bandai Namco, giving us a look at what to expect from the game when it launches later this week.

In this new trailer, our ethereal narrator guides players through some of the features that players can get stuck into in Elden Ring's open world of The Lands Between. Players can utilise close-quarters combat, or utilise magic and incantations to take on the many enemies populating the overworld. Or, you can simply not engage at all, using stealth to sneak past foes, or speed away on your spirit steed, torrent.

The trailer also talks about the game's “legacy dungeons”, which blend seamlessly into the overworld, but offer a more linear and interconnected experience, more similar to previous FromSoftware titles like Dark Souls and Bloodborne.

It's a pretty gorgeous trailer, and gives us a good look at what to expect from the highly-anticipated action-RPG. You can check it out for yourself down below.

Elden Ring launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC on 25th February 2022. Keep an eye out for our review of the game later this week.
