Developer Dramatic Labs has revealed seven minutes of new footage from Star Trek: Resurgence, via IGN.
The game, which is being developer by former Telltale developers, was first announced back in December during The Game Awards. In this new gameplay snippet, we get to see more of that classic Telltale-style dialogue choice, in a mission briefing from none other than Ambassador Spock.
It seems that Star Trek: Resurgence will be leaning heavily into the same kind of intergalactic diplomacy that the TV series is so well known for, if this clip is anything to go by, with the game taking place shortly after the events of Star Trek: The Next Generation. We did see a bit more action and third-person gameplay in the original trailer, however.
Star Trek: Resurgence is due to launch later this year on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC. You can check out the new gameplay down below.
