WB Games Montréal has announced that Gotham Knights will be releasing this October, making good on its recent promise to launch the game sometime in 2022. The co-op action game sees Batgirl, Robin, Nightwing, and Red Hood uniting to fight crime in Gotham City, following the apparent death of Batman.
Gotham Knights will be coming to Xbox, PlayStation, and PC on 25th October 2022, and if you're craving some Bat-action, then you can currently catch The Batman in cinemas. We've heard it's quite good.
Personally, I felt Arkham Origins was pretty solid, even if it reused the Arkham City overworld. I like their interpretations of the characters visually, especially Penguin. Still looks close to the Arkhamverse, even if it isn't part of it officially.

Strangely, Gotham Knights isn't set within the Arkhamverse, but will feature a fresh storyline that revolves around the Court of Owls, with Oswald ‘The Penguin’ Cobblepot caught up in the mix. An “entirely redesigned” combat system is also promised, so that's something to look forward to.
