Developer Nine Dots Studio has announced that its open world RPG Outward is coming to Xbox Series X|S in the form of Outward: Definitive Edition.

This updated version of Outward will include the base game, as well as the two released DLC packs - The Three Brothers and The Soroboreans - and a load of quality of life improvements on top of that.

These include QOL updates include a more accessible crafting system, as well as the ability for players to access their stash when visiting a friends world. Totem workshops are being added to every region, and enchanting is being made a little easier. Additionally, some DLC exclusive content like corruption hazards are now found throughout the entire game, and a few of the dungeons are being improved based on player feedback.

You can find out the full list of changes coming to the game in the short developer diary video down below. Outward: Definitive Edition is coming soon to Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5, with a free upgrade available for players who already own the base game along with The Three Brothers DLC.
