Developer Mega Cat Studios and publisher Skybound Games have announced WrestleQuest, an RPG adventure featuring a roster of licensed wrestling legends, including the likes of ‘Macho Man’ Randy Savage, Booker T, and Jake ‘The Snake’ Roberts.

As a “young wrestling hopeful”, you'll embark upon a quest to become one of the all-time greats, using powerbombs, slams, and suplexes to fight your way to supremacy. Inspired by your wrestling heroes, you'll have to put both your athleticism and conscience to the test, while engaging in turn-based RPG combat.

Taking in 80s, 90s, and modern day grappling, the game will also feature a retro pixel art style, as you meet legends like Andre the Giant, Diamond Dallas Page, Jeff Jarrett, and a range of others across side missions, bonus content, and more. You can take a first look at WrestleQuest in the announcement trailer below.

WrestleQuest will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC in summer 2022.

  • I hope Kenny Omega is in this somehow!
  • IDK, there is some appeal there. If it lands on GamePass, I won't be able to ignore it.
  • It's both interesting and weird at the same time. Why must the opponents all look like robots, including the legends?
