Clash: Artifacts Of Chaos, the latest game in developer ACE Team's Zeno Clash franchise, has a new gameplay trailer and a release window.

Set within the punk-fantasy world of Zenozoik, you take on the role of Pseudo, a fighter and recluse, as he attempts to protect a powerful little creature known as The Boy from the dangerous Mistress of the Artifacts.

Players will fight a variety of strange enemies, utilising different martial arts, which can be changed up on the fly. However, before combat begins, players can challenge enemies to The Ritual, an unusual board game. Whoever loses in The Ritual will face a disadvantage in the fight, whether that's being attached to a short chain, limiting movement, or being surrounded in a cloud of dense fog. These handicaps can be applied to both your enemies or yourself, depending on the outcome, but won't guarantee a victory either way.

The game's visual style is unlike much we've ever seen before, and it's certainly one to keep an eye on. You can check it out in action in the new gameplay trailer down below.

Clash: Artifacts Of Chaos launches on Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC in November 2022.
