Developer TeamKill Media has dropped a new teaser trailer for its upcoming cosmic horror FPS, Quantum Error, showing the game running in Unreal Engine 5.
The game is set in a quantum research facility, thirty miles off the coasts of California, that is attacked by an “unknown entity”. With the facility engulfed in flames and under a full containment lockdown, you play as Capt. Jacob Thomas, of the Garboa Fire Dept in San Francisco.
However, what starts out as a simple rescue mission quickly descends into something far darker, and nothing is as it first appears at the Monad Quantum Research Facility. You can check out the full story teaser trailer, with plenty of new gameplay too, in the trailer down below.
Quantum Error is coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and PlayStation 4.
Maybe could be interesting, though that trailer was a bit all over the place, with it seemingly being a creepy survival game, and puzzle aspects like having to use firefighting tools to advance, then suddenly is invoking DOOM with that music and gun play, then some dude with a sword.
