As Series 6 arrives in Forza Horizon 5, developer Playground Games has released a substantial update for the open-world racer, introducing a new progression system to the Horizon Open PvP mode, as well as overall improvements to stability and performance, among numerous other things.
The new standalone progression system for Horizon Open enables you to earn XP and unlock Badges through gameplay, and adds Custom Racing, enabling you to “find races for [your] chosen race and PI class”. The update also adds 'Gravity Action' to the Rules of Play in the EventLab, enabling players to manipulate gravity in EventLab creations, as the new option's name suggests.
