I mean, the beta for the sequel is this month, so yeah it is at the end of its lifespan lol. However, it's been that way for nearly two years unfortunately. Very excited for things to pick back up this summer though.

Overwatch will be kicking off sixth anniversary celebrations from next week, the first of three seasonal events due to commence this coming Tuesday, with six Legendary skins to unlock and rotating brawls to partake in, from previous seasonal events.
New versions of fan-favourite Legendary skins will be on offer, including Demon Genji, Evermore Reaper, Mage Mercy, Steelhardt Reinhardt, White Cat D.Va, and Zealot Zenyatta. Weekly Challenges will also offer additional skins, sprays, and a player icon, Week 1 granting two Nano D.Va Sprays for playing nine games, a Nano D.Va Player Icon for 18 games, and the Nano D.Va Epic Skin for playing 27 games.
Subsequent weeks will offer challenges to unlock Bastet Ana and Combat Medic Baptiste, while the Brawl Vault will be opened, with a different match-type each day. You can consult the full Week 1 schedule for Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Volume 1 below:
Week 1: April 5 – April 11 (Regional times may vary)
Overwatch Anniversary Remix: Volume 1 will start on 5th April and run until 25th April.
