E3 2022 may have been official cancelled in its entirety, but it looks like we'll still be getting plenty of gaming announcements this June.

In the wake of E3 2022's cancellation, Gamesradar has announced that the Future Games Show Summer Showcase will be broadcast on 12th June 2022, right in E3's normal slot.

Geoff Keighley has also announced that Summer Game Fest will be returning in June 2022, with another Kickoff Live show full of announcements, news, and first looks - or as Keighley likes to call them, World Premieres.

“Much more to share in the coming weeks, along with some very cool new elements for 2022,” Keighley concluded.

With both shows looking to air in June, it looks like we won't be without our annual announcement season, and we'll likely see several publishers also holding their own presentations during that month.
