Techland has shared sales figures for the Dying Light series, confirming that Dying Light 2 Stay Human sold 5 million copies within its first month, adding that “numbers are significantly growing every month”. The original Dying Light, meanwhile, has surpassed 20 million units in lifetime sales.
“The success of the Dying Light franchise is a great example of the unforgettable experiences we create for our players,” Techland CEO Pawel Marchewka commented, in response to the impressive sales figures, as the studio enters its fourth decade.
