Rockstar has announced a new version of the Max Payne 3 soundtrack will be coming to vinyl later this year, coinciding with the game's 10-year anniversary. The ‘Max Payne 3 - The Official Soundtrack (Anniversary Edition)’ limited edition vinyl will include previously unreleased tracks for the first time, from LA band HEALTH.

Famously, the HEALTH track ‘Tears’ provided the soundtrack to Max Payne 3’s intense airport shootout, and has since become a staple for the band's live shows. HEALTH's score was created specifically for Max Payne 3, delivering a “dark and driving industrial soundscape” to match Max's fraying mental state.

Max Payne 3 launched for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC in May 2012, and is available to play via backwards compatibility on Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One. You can read our Max Payne 3 review here, and keep an eye out for more info on the new vinyl release later this year. Oh, also Max Payne 1 and 2 are being remade.
