PQube and developer Sonnori Corp. have announced that White Day: A Labyrinth Named School will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch this September. Apparently regarded as “one of the scariest horror games ever created”, White Day is a cult Korean survival horror.
Set on the eve of Korean gift-giving holiday White Day, the game has you stuck in Yeondu High School, when student Lee Hee-min sneaks onto the grounds to hide a box of candy for the girl of his dreams. However, when the security shutters come down, Hee-min is trapped overnight, hunted by killer janitors and the souls of the dead.
With limited resources and no weapons, you'll need to navigate the school's network of corridors and rooms, searching for clues and hidden secrets, while hiding from malevolent threats who stalk the school hallways. A stealth-driven affair, White Day also has a branching storyline with ten different endings to discover.
Based upon the 2001 titles of the same name, White Day: A Labyrinth Named School is a full-blown remake coming to Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Nintendo Switch in September 2022, complete with more than 30 bonus costume DLCs for Sung-A Kim, So-Young Han, Ji-Min Yoo, Ji-Hyeon Seol, Hee-Min-Lee, Bong-Goo Lee, and Dal-Su Son.
