Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is finally getting voice acting in a free update on Xbox consoles.
The Super Smash Bros-style platform fighter launched in October last year, and despite being praised for its fighting mechanics, many players felt the lack of voice acting for its iconic characters left the game feeling a little empty. Now, however, each character will be voiced, and publisher GameMill Entertainment has released a list of each voice actor in the game.
At a glance, it looks like most of the characters are being voiced by their official actor, with Tom Kenny as SpongeBob, Janet Varney as Korra, and Janice Kawaye as Jenny. However, there are some exceptions, such as Aang and Nigel Thornberry.
Additionally, the new updates will be adding items to the game, to create that more choatic style of play, perfect for local multiplayer sessions. And, of course, there's balance updates aplenty for several characters - you can check out the full patch notes here.
Nickelodeon All-Star Brawl is available now for Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and PC, with the update rolling out beginning today.
We hope everyone enjoys the impeccable voice talent that these incredible individuals are able to bring to the table: pic.twitter.com/oRwGNtKQK9
