Ubisoft has announced that For Honor ‘Curse of the Scarab’, the latest update for Year 6 Season 2, will be arriving next week. Taking place in the wake of the ‘Great Cataclysm’, Curse of the Scarab revolves around Bothorn using the stolen relics' power to save his people.
However, in the process of doing so, he inadvertently releases a devastating curse upon Heathmoor. The Curse of the Scarab update is inspired by Egyptian mythology, and introduces the new Bolthorn the Cursed Raider Skin, a new 100-tier Battle Pass and Battle Bundle, Justice of the Pharaohs event, and signals the return of the Testing Grounds from 30th June to 7th July “focusing on Guardbreak vulnerability changes”.
With a curse hanging over Heathmoor, Curse of the Scarab brings in-game environment changes to For Honor, with a three-part short story titled ‘Sands of Ruin’ to follow, revealing Bolthorn's reasons for using the stolen relics and accidentally dooming the land. Part one will arrive on 17th June, while from 16th June until 7th July, the Justice of the Pharaohs event will offer a new variation on Dominion mode on the Riverfort map, as well as lootable weapons, a free event pass, and new orders.
For Honor Curse of the Scarab is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and PC from16th June. You can take a look at the trailer below.
