Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium Xbox One July Release Date Confirmed With Pre-Order Bonuses

Capcom has announced that Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium, the next batch of the company's classic arcade games, will be arriving next month, offering 32 more retro titles. The original Street Fighter, wrestling game Saturday Night Slam Masters, Megaman 2: The Power Fighters, Black Tiger, and Magic Sword are among the treats in store.

Like the first Capcom Arcade Stadium, 2nd Stadium will include an array of customisation options, including online leaderboards, various display settings, screen filters, arcade cabinet designs and frames, adjustable game speed, a rewind feature to jump back 10 seconds, and invincibility mode (available as free DLC).

1984 2D side-scrolling platformer SonSon will be available for free, while pre-orders prior to 5th August will get the ‘Display Frames Set 1’, with 32 game-specific frames. And anyone who pre-orders the Capcom Fighting Collection before 30th September will receive Three Wonders, with three arcade titles in one as bonus game. Street Fighter II: The World Warrior will also be available to download in the original Arcade Stadium for free until 21st July.

Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium will be coming to Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and PC on 22nd July, with each game available for $3.99 each, or Capcom Arcade 2nd Stadium Bundle 1 with all 32 titles available for $39.99. Anyone who has save data from the first collection will also receive Capcom Arcade Stadium Music & Lights for menu screen colour changes, and Instruction Card Backgrounds.
