Digerati has announced that “hyperkinetic” first-person shooter Severed Steel will be launching next month, serving up 42 levels, 27 weapons, 5 arm cannons, and 22 game modifying mutators across Campaign, Firefight, and New Game+ modes.

Released for PC last year, Severed Steel currently sits at a 93% rating on Steam, based upon more than 1,000 user reviews. The console version dropping in July will include all base content from the original release, as well as a selection of user-created levels for the Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5 versions.

As one-armed gunslinger, Steel, you'll blast through enemies, wallrunning, diving, sliding, and flipping your way across a range of levels in an intense single-player campaign. Severed Steel will be coming to Xbox Series X|S and Xbox One on 22nd July, following the PlayStation and Switch release during the same week. A limited-time 10% launch discount on the game's $24.99 price tag will also be available, as will a retail release (pictured below) later this summer.
