Lightyear Frontier is an otherworldly farming title set on an alien planet, and it's arriving on Xbox next year.
Using your trusty farming mech, you'll quickly start the peaceful experience of starting your very own farm at the far end of the galaxy. You'll construct a home, farm buildings, and plots using basic blueprints and materials you gather on the planet. As you progress, there will be more structures to add to your home, and new technologies to expand your farm and mech. You'll discover alien seeds, which you can grow into crops, with the planet's weather occasionally hindering or helping you along the way.
It's not all about your farm, however. There's a big alien world to explore, and when heading out into the deeper wilds, you'll discover ancient structures containing untold secrets, which you can try to unravel. It all looks rather lovely, as well, with a bright colourful art style that really pops.
Lightyear Frontier is coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and PC via Xbox Game Pass in Spring 2023. You can check out the reveal trailer down below.
