@shane. If you already own it then just install it to your internal drive. It will automatically give you the updated version. Or if you have it on a external then just move it to your internal and it should automatically prompt the update once you try to play it.

Capcom has announced that the new-gen versions of Resident Evil VII biohazard, the Resident Evil 2 remake, and Resident Evil 3 remake, will all be available today, with owners of the original last-gen versions entitled to a free upgrade and the ability to transfer their save data.
