Rare has declared that it will be holding Sea of Thieves' next Community Day later this month, coinciding with ‘Talk Like a Pirate Day’. With the latest Adventure, A Hunter's Cry coming to an end this week, September still has plenty in store for Sea of Thieves, with login rewards for the upcoming Community Day, as well as other bonuses.
A Pirate Emporium sale will go live alongside the aforementioned login gifts from 15th to 20th September, with the Sea of Thieves Season Seven Community Day proper available from 17th to 18th September, from 10 am UTC on the Saturday to 10am UTC Sunday. During that time, all players will also be able to take advantage of a Renown boost, speeding up progression through the 100 tiers of rewards for Season Seven.
Gold and reputation will also be “significantly” boosted, while palyers work together to raise the Community Emissary Grade to raise more Ancient Skeletons from the seas. To contribute to the joint effort, you'll need to use the #SeaofThievesCommunityDay hashtag on Twitter during the course of the Sea of Thieves Community Day. Reaching Community Emissary Grade Five will award all players a 2.5x boost to earned gold and reputation.
As the level rises, more Ancient Skeletons will spawn, dropping a random number of Ancient Coins, which you can gather up and spend at the Pirate Emporium on items like ship sets, weapon collections, costumes, pets, and emotes. Logging in to Sea of Thieves between 15th and 20th September will bag you the free Aargh! Emote, delivered to your Vanity Chest, while the Ranting Rogue Emote is free to anyone visiting the Pirate Emporium. You can also login and get the free Season Seven Community Day Flag to proudly fly from your mast.
There's more where that came from, too, and you can read further details on the Xbox Wire here. Sea of Thieves' Season Seven Community Day begins on 17th September, with rewards available from 15th to 20th September.
