QUByte has announced that it is bringing classic platformer Radical Rex to Xbox consoles later this week.
Originally released on the SNES, Sega Mega Drive, and SEGA CD, Radical Rex was a 16-bit remake of the Game Boy game Baby T-Rex, released the year before. It appears that this new port of the title is based on the Mega Drive version, and includes new save slots and screen filter options.
The release will also include the original Game Boy version, Baby T-Rex, as a bonus inclusion.
“Rex can ride his skateboard, breath fire and kick the enemies to defeat them, jump, swing on vines and roar to shake everything! He will slam through ten wild levels, like jungles, freaked-out forests, haunted dino-graveyards, piranha-infested underwater caves and even inside a giant dinosaur,” reads the official description.
You can check out the trailer down below. Radical Rex is coming to Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch on 8th September 2022.
