Ubisoft has announced that Trackmania, the track-creating sandbox, will be making its way to consoles next year, having released for PC back in 2020. Following the 2016 release of Trackmania Turbo for consoles, the new Trackmania features similarly “easy-to-learn, hard-to-master” racing gameplay, with a massive range of tracks.
On consoles, Trackmania will have its own regular seasons and live events, as well as an online multiplayer environment or option to compete alone against other players' ghosts. You'll be able to work your way through the rankings, bag collectible medals, and use the game's tools to build your very own circuits.
Trackmania will be coming to Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Luna in early 2023, with seasons planned to roll out every three months and a “wide variety” of community tracks, as well as support for cross-play and cross-progression.
