Scorn, the first-person horror inspired by the bio-organic artwork of Alien artist H.R. Giger (as in he worked on the movie Alien, but wasn't actually an alien), has today received eight minutes of surreal, nightmarish gameplay, taking you through the game's opening prologue bit.

The opening minutes will acquaint you with Scorn's protagonist, who you'll be guiding through the game's eerie bio-labyrinth, with no assistance to fall back on. As you make your way deeper into the bowels of Scorn's scary maze, you'll solve grotesque puzzles and arm yourself with strange tools.

You'll be able to enter Scorn's bizarre hellscape and search for the truth behind a mysterious lost civilisation, when the game launches for Xbox Series X|S and PC on 21st October, available day one via Xbox Game Pass, or available to purchase as a standard edition for $39.99 or Deluxe Edition for $49.99.

  • Skipping this video, always weary of spoilers they seem to include more and more often... Good thing we don’t have to watch them. There are games I see and I just know they are right up my alley;-) October baby here.
