Blood Drive Intro Video Is Full Of Splat

Blood Drive is a sadistic game show in which insane drivers smash through hordes of zombies in souped up vehicles to earn massive scores. In other words, it picks up pretty much where Carmageddon left off, with plenty of nitro-infused carnage.

So, cars, blood, guts... What's not to like? In this new video for Blood Drive, we get an introduction to the sensationalist bloodsport, with the exuberant announcer welcoming us to the TV show's setting in Las Ruletas and introducing the game's bizarre coterie of contestants.

Blood Drive is pencilled in for an early-November 2010 release. Have a watch of the trailer.

  • Never heard of this but WTF is this game?
  • Lol, first time first
  • @1 Uh, read the article...plus check out the related news for the announcement.
  • I really wish they would just make another Carmageddon game =/, probably still get it though
  • @1 Generally, to avoid being found out as a retard, you read the article and/or watch the video before making a comment/question that then would have answered itself.
  • So... it's like Twisted Metal meets Terror is Reality? (Deadrising 2)
  • Doesn't strike me as a game that'll stand as a full retail title, but it's a good trailer - and nothing like some mindless violence!
  • Looks epic! :)
  • WHY DOES ACTIVISION KEEP PUBLISHING SHIT
  • this is retail???? wow....... just wow
  • i got dead rising 2 already. coulnt be less interested in this game
  • Looks ok, I guess. But I can't imagine, that this game will entertain me for more than 1 or 2 hours....but I will check out the demo for sure, when it hits the marketplace...
  • More zombies in another Las Vegas setting aha. I might get this if its dead cheap and if it's anything like Carmageddon 2 xD
  • @4 & 13 Same here. Wish there was a current Gen Carma title out but this could be a fun little title with a lot of potential for good multiplayer laughs. It doesn't look brilliant graphically for a retail title though, I would have assumed that it was going to be an XBLA title if it wasn't already revealed to be a retail title. A bargain bin purchase I think, perhaps a bit earlier because I'm a big Carma fan!
  • definite rental with potential to be a bargain bin "guilty pleasure" title, along the lines of WWE Crush Hour. as a Carmageddon fan, this is going to the top of my GameFly queue.
  • Looks pretty cool! might have to pick this up in the future
  • this game looks like Death Race
  • Always wanted to play Zombie VS Ambulance, hoped it'd get ported to XBLA/PSN from Japan. I'm sceptical that this game'll have enough content to justify a 60 buck disc release.
  • Looks like an arcade game to me...
  • @18 That's why it's $49.99 when it releases. Looks fun to me, will definitely give it a rent first though.
  • lame
  • I read the article and watch the video, it's just that this game looks fucked up.
  • Wow, that looks just...awful.
  • #1 Oh no you maybe need have new eyes or get better glasses lmao hahahaha WOKE UP MAN!!!! Anyway this game look alright and I best wait for review to find more about how good game is this. :D
  • Cant believe its a retail game ...
  • idk but fabel3 naruto and new vegas this game = piece of shit
  • This game sooo reminds me of the one movie I just watched but I can't remember the name :c
  • Death Race. Exactly the same but with Zombies :K Or Zombieland, the mow zombies down in that.
