Majesco and Hulk Hogan are teaming up this fall to ship Hulk Hogan’s Main Event, an exclusive game for the Xbox 360’s Kinect device.

Developed by Panic Button, Hulk Hogan’s main event is “the first performance-based wrestling game” for Kinect, allowing players to train with their mentor, Hulk Hogan, as they build their own wrestling personalities and learn the art of showmanship to win over the crowd.

“Listen up, people! You will feel the power of Hulkamania when you step into this game,” said Hulk Hogan. “Whether you are taking the damage or selling the pain, this game will let you unleash your inner wrestler as you hype up the crowd while putting the hurt on anyone that stands in your way!”

In Hulk Hogan’s Main Event, the Hulk will school players on how to emulate the Hulk’s famous poses and perform more than 30 punishing combos. Using Kinect, the more dynamic the motion, the more high impact the wrestler’s performance is.

With nine different venues – from the backyard brawl to the stadiums themselves – two player tag-team match-ups where players take turns to deliver extreme moves, the ability to wield a variety of damaging objects – including metal chairs and ladders – and the ability to create your own unique wrestler, Hulk Hogan’s Main Event is looking to pull all you Hulkamaniacs out of hiding this fall.

Hulk Hogan’s Main Event is coming this fall, but more importantly, the Hulk himself will be making an appearance at E3 on June 7th!

  • Sounds very, very bad. Glad my friend talked me out of buying a Kinect.
  • Cool. Now you can Hulk up and no-sell your opponents moves.
  • your going to judge a game by a text? i am going to try it out no matter how crappy it is..
  • @3: When you say that you're not going to buy a game, cuz the reviews saying that it sucks, you're doing the same thing as me. No, I'm not talking about you, but you got the picture, I think.
  • I grew watching the Hulk....I would love to give it a try before passing judgement....
  • Sounds like trash. So it suits Hogan ust fine. Overrated, talentless hack.

  • watcha gunna do when this game runs wild on you
  • can you jump off your couch like a turn buckle?
  • @4 You haven't even seen a video of it or anything....and Kinect is worth the money, I enjoy it with my friends all the time.
  • Wrestlemania!! @5 Me too, good times. :)
  • bet its like fighters uncaged. but i love wrestling so have subscribed, prob check it out when released, fingers crossed it be good. im actually a wrestler in training so be funny to see how this game 'helps you sell moves' shame its not wwe licensed, might of been better. still fingers crossed, could suprise us :) which i hope it does
  • I expect this game to be somewhat camp in presentation. I will be disappointed if I'm wrong.
  • Whatcha gonna do, brother? Not buy it, that's what.
  • I run a wrestling company in NY and having this at our shows for the kids to play with would be great....assuming it's not crap!
  • The reason people troll about this is because they don't know a damn thing about the Hulkster. This game will most likely be about building the charisma and the heart to enter to ring (and the occaisonal head-lock)
  • Another new low for Kinect, not that the bar has been set particularly high.
  • I get so sick and tired of ppl complaining about Kinect. Now im as hardcore of a gamer as they come, but its nice to change it up with Kinect. I guess its because most hardcore gamers are shallow as fuck anyways (its Call of Duty, and Halo or NOTHING!!) and thats whats killing the game industry now. Rant Over
  • awesume love hulk prob be cheap quick tho lol
  • Rather unique take on the wrestling game genre. There's just one thing I hope, and that's a Macho Man unlock, or DLC at some point! Ohhh Yeah!
  • ...Majesco is still in business?
  • i'd rather train with stone cold steve austin, swear-drink-stunner-rise middle finger-drink-drink some more-WHAT-drink again. best workout ever...
  • Oh I see, I love hulk hogan and I am biggest fans of WWE but this game gonna be downright. I to be honest not get this game. But I still love Hulk Hogan he is awesome wrestler, he one of best wrestlers in world hehehe
  • Just lol.
  • This news can only be summarised by the following statement: "Uh oh, spaghetti-o's".
  • What's with all the hate on the Kinect? If you wanna stick to your traditional controller-based games, do so, but nobody wants your prejudice. I for one really appreciate that game developers are experimenting with new ways to play video games. There's going to be flops, but I never put off a game unless I've tried it. I've been surprised many times by the quality of ridiculous-sounding games. @21 I was surprised that Majesco is still around, too, after their hand in Greg Hasting's Paintball. They haven't really had a good game since Psychonauts and Advent Rising, and they were both sleeper hits hardly anyone knows about, sadly.
  • i hope this means i can wrestle against other opponents. dont like the just training idea. would love to power bomb someone!
  • This sounds so bad already LOL! Man Kinect is taking beating latealy.... Here is to hoping something good comes out of E3 for a change....
  • does anyone actually own a kinect?? my local second hand store is trying to ged rid of them for £50 with any 2 games!! and they just cant. why would a company use hulk hogan to headline a game?? what about a true wrestling icon like sting eh?? mind you i guess only hogan would lower himself to what will no doubt be a useless game.
  • boooooo sounds crap just like that Hack Hulk Hogan, chant with me people Hogan sucks Hoagn sucks Hogan sucks....
