pff Call of Juarez the Cartel really looks like a piece of shitMonday, August 01, 2011 @ 05:21 AM
CoJ has been very reasonably priced, and with no real competition it'll prob stay near the top for a while. I mean it's only been out 2 weeks and I've already seen it for as little as 21 quid brand new!Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 05:23 AM
EDF! EDF! EDF!Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 05:42 AM

@13 "The path of the righteous man is beset on all sides by the inequities of the selfish and the tyranny of evil men. Blessed is he who in the name of charity and goodwill shepherds the weak through the valley of darkness, for he is truly his brother's keeper and a finder of lost children. And I will strike down upon thee with great vengeance and furious anger those who attempt to poison and destroy my brothers. And you will know my name is the Lord when I lay my vengeance upon thee." ;)Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 11:02 AM
LOL I just joke about CoJ and COD hehehe. I agree 1st and 2nd series of CoJ way better :DMonday, August 01, 2011 @ 11:10 AM
Duke Nukem aint there? :(Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 11:18 AM
._. i think this illustrates just how bad the gaming drought is this august. we literally have nothing to do until september. summer of arcade is crap :c. so coj will remain in that spot until september 8th. which is pretty sad. considering how mediocre it is. im glad brink is doing okay. that lineup does however show the market that games aim at in the uk and a huge reason for why nothing decent , hardly ever gets localized v.v.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 12:08 PM
@16 Don't worry it sold it enough for a sequel.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 12:34 PM
@1 same, I have it in my game stack and I bought the Rockstar Pass and still haven't played it.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 01:19 PM
It breaks my heart so to see Black Ops keep selling. :(Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 01:35 PM
transformers still up there, might pick this one up.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 01:52 PM
Was Catherine not released in the UK?Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 02:04 PM
Fifa 11 and Black ops still their on the charts who the hell doenst have a copy by nowMonday, August 01, 2011 @ 02:16 PM
Fifa is getting increased interest due to the Football season beginning again, and Black Ops is just Black Ops. The world has a large supply of 9 year olds, it would seem.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 02:24 PM
@22 it is being released in the uk and europe but there's no release date yet :c its looking likely for october or december. so not soon unfortunately. i think its pretty sad seeing how many football, sport and movie games are in the charts. where did all the nerds go :cMonday, August 01, 2011 @ 02:59 PM
Call of Juarez is already down to about £25, Dungeon Siege down to £18 Sums it up..Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 04:51 PM
Why is LA Noire down so low when last year Red Dead was number one from the end of may to early November?Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 05:57 PM
@27 because red dead has amazing online mutliplayer. la noire is all offline achievements c:Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 09:16 PM
The grammar police on this site are the sadest people ive ever come across.Monday, August 01, 2011 @ 09:18 PM
Have fun and correcting that sentenceMonday, August 01, 2011 @ 10:30 PM
I know. I'm just pointing it outThursday, August 04, 2011 @ 01:09 PM
Cartel is such a piece of shit game. I think this list proves what gamers now buy games for - easy cheevos. I'm ashamed to be part of this bullshit that have ruined gaming, but at least I don't care about getting as much GS as possible anymore. I would not play this game if it was free - have way too many other, better games still waiting...Saturday, August 06, 2011 @ 04:34 PM
the review here of call of juarez gave it a 35, gonna be a lot of disappointed people, i will laugh as i watch the preowned games shelves fill up with CoJ and watch the price plummet.Monday, September 05, 2011 @ 06:40 PM
Don't make fun of me or anything for me being out of the loop but what exactly is the top 20 list of anyway. Purchases, popularity, number of people who have completed the achievement lists for these games what? I doubt its popularity with COJ The Cartel at the top can anyone explain this to me?

It's almost all change in the charts this week, except for Call of Juarez: The Cartel, which remains at the top of the charts and Brink holding fast at number 10. However, Dungeon Siege III takes a big fall from second place to number 11, along with Earth Defence Force: Insect Armageddon falling from a cosy spot at number 3 to a far less cosy spot at number 18.
That leaves the way clear for Cars 2, LA Noire, Zumba Fitness and Fight Night Champion to make big gains in the top 20, with Cars 2 making the biggest leap up the charts from a lowly place at 21 to a far more respectable chart position in the sixth spot.
And that's really all there is to say about this week's top 20, what with no new releases and all that.
