Overwatch 2 is launching its new Battle for Olympus seasonal event tomorrow, adding a new mode and some mythological makeovers for several heroes.

The update will add in the Battle for Olympus, a new limited-time free-for-all deathmatch mode that lets you play as seven of the game's heroes, updated with newly reimagined abilities.

These new abilities happen to coincide with the new godly skins coming to seven of Overwatch 2's heroes. Four are based on the Greek gods; Junker Queen as Zeus, Pharah as Hades, Lucio as Hermes, and Ramattra as Poseidon; while three pull from mythological creatures, with Widowmaker as Medusa, Reinhardt as the Minotaur, and Roadhog as the cyclops.

You can see all the new skins, and get a glimpse at the new abilities, in the trailer down below. The Battle for Olympus will be running in Overwatch 2 from 5th January 2023 through to the 19th January 2023.
