Street Fighter 6 'World Tour' Story Trailer and Lil Wayne Launch Vid Revealed

Street Fighter 6 is out next week, and to celebrate, Capcom has released a new launch trailer, starring rapper Lil Wayne, who is apparently a big Street Fighter fan.

"I'm a Street Fighter OG, playing since the Street Fighter II days, so it feels full circle for me to work with the franchise on the release of Street Fighter 6," he said. Surely a true Street Fighter ‘OG’ started with Street Fighter 1, no? I started with Street Fighter II as well, so who am I to judge?

Either way, Lil Wayne is in the launch trailer, which supposedly captures the “excitement and energy that people get from playing the game with friends, family, and other competitors from around the world”.

Also new is the Street Fighter 6 story trailer, offering a glimpse at the game's narrative-driven World Tour mode, in which you create your own avatar, then set about traversing an open world and fighting other characters, all in quest to discover the true meaning of strength.
